Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the managed Unimoni service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Description of the service

Unimoni is a cloud platform for infrastructure monitoring. The Service is provided on a subscription basis according to the plan you select. A full list of capabilities is available on the pricing page.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out using your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the Service to carry out unlawful activities
• Deliberately overload the infrastructure (including ingesting data of unnaturally high cardinality)
• Circumvent the technical limits of your plan
• Reverse-engineer or copy the Service to build a competing offering

5. Payment

The subscription is billed monthly or annually depending on the period you choose. Refunds are prorated for the unused period within 14 days of payment. After 14 days, no refunds are issued.

In the event of non-payment, access to the Service is restricted after 7 days, and the account is deleted after 90 days.

6. Data

Your metrics and metadata remain your property. We process them solely to provide the Service. See the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement for details.

7. SLA

The uptime SLA is set out in the terms of your plan. Credits are applied automatically when the SLA is breached, as a deduction from your next invoice.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the cabinet. Access remains until the end of the paid period. Your data is retained for 30 days after termination, then permanently deleted (unless you have requested an export).

9. Changes to the terms

We may amend these Terms. Material changes are notified by email 30 days before they take effect. Disagreement is grounds for free cancellation of the subscription within those 30 days.
